On top of Oslo

Don`t look down, look outside. Watch the sun over the fjord, see the blocks at Sørenga and the new Oslo – while standing in the slanting glass elevator towards the top of the Barcode. You are on your way to Nodee Sky – and luxury.
 

The restaurant serves luxury and pieces of art

Right from the first dish, the food is exclusive and complex. Sprinkled caviar on tuna – rolled in white radish on a bed of ponzu gel, spinach with sesame wrapped as a small package, and fried salmon combined with white truffle on a bed of ponzu gel, is just the beginning of the meal.
 
Sushi-nigiri is as elaborately garnished as the first dish, with tiny piles of citrus, onions and chili topping the fish.
 
Pink sea crab on a white dish, painted with a sauce of black garlic, looks like a sheet of stylized calligraphy – a work of art in itself.
